Partner manager

We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our award-winning company. The successful candidate will maintain business relationships with existing partners and will manage Aqurance’s partner program, serving as an ambassador for Aqurance’s cloud solutions, working with a team of experts and state-of-the-art software providers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage business relationships and collaborate closely with Aqurance’s technology partners.
  • Build sustainable relationships and conduct strategic pitches and presentations.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of key information and datasheets for each partner.
  • Build and drive a sustainable partner ecosystem through licensing Aqurance’s cloud products.
  • Cultivate new business relationships and develop existing business partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to exchange knowledge regarding client needs.
  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at internal events and industry’s conferences.

Work Experience and Required Skills

  • 5-6 years work experience related with partner/alliances management or relevant experience selling commercial software and/or services.
  • Previous working experience in leading IT organizations is a must.
  • Business development and commercial strategy skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as team work spirit.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor degree on Business/Management.

Qlik view/Qlik sense developer

We are looking for a QLIKVIEW/QLIKSENSE DEVELOPER who will learn and grow within our organization while supporting our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will identify and work with the business to process requirements and be able to convert them into meaningful reports. In addition, to train and communicate the reports to the business stakeholders.
  • You will also recommend best practices from both a technical and process perspective as related to QlikView or QlikSense development
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using Qlikview or QlikSense
  • Assist with process definition and library of reusable objects (fields, calculations, KPI, etc.)
  • Tune complex visualizations and large data sets for optimal performance and maintainability
  • Publish and deliver dashboards
  • Troubleshoot issues as they occur, identify critical and impact, and provide appropriate workarounds
  • Work with internal admins for support, ticket resolution, feature requests and defect tracking
  • Understand your business and technical partners, their goals, their drivers and their needs
  • Write/program/develop and implement visual data reports and create personalized, interactive data visualizations, reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.
  • Work with the business to process requirements and be able to convert them into meaningful reports as well as be able to train and communicate the reports to the business stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot issues with minimal guidance, identifies data related problems and provide scalable solutions.
  • Participate in the definition of application scope and objectives through research and fact finding.

Work Experience and Required Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a QlikView/QlikSense Developer
  • 2 to 3+ years of experience and development/administrative skills with Information Builders
  • Must be able to analyze business requirements, estimate hours and communicate effectively with management, business users and technical team members
  • Must be able to complete QlikView or QlikSense projects within fixed periods of time and therefore scope projects accordingly
  • Experience working with Metadata, MDM, and Data Quality tool suites.
  • Experience with cloud based database solutions (Amazon etc.).
  • Experience with Big Data solutions including Hadoop (Hive, Impala) would be a plus.
  • Experience with SQL scripting languages (T-SQL, PL/SQL, etc.).
  • Experience with predictive analytics and forecasting would be a major plus.
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science Engineering related fields.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Analytics/Industry experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of Report development and Business Intelligence experience.
  • Excellent command of German language would be a major plus.
  • QlikView or QlikSense certifications are required.
  • Life sciences experience would be a plus but is not required

Technical Writer

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare high quality technical user & project documentation, presentations and other project related documents
  • Create, prepare and file documents, manuals and reference materials
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Develop project expertise while documenting, communicating and presenting new features
  • Proofread and/or prepare outbound technical documentation for projects, tender offers and RFPs
  • Use and improve existing document filing systems (SharePoint, OneDrive, BOX)
  • Check that all documentation incorporates a consistent structure, style and tone
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of project meetings
  • Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming project communications
  • Create and maintain eLearning content (SCORM, AICC etc.) for use in LMS tools (Moodle, Saba, SumTotal etc.)
  • Review ISO 9001/27001 operating practices documentation and implement improvements where necessary

Work Experience and Required Skills

  • Proficient technical knowledge to comprehend technical programs/data
  • Ability to transform technical data into an easy to use and read format, for both technical and non-technical users
