Our partnership with Aqurance started on January 2012, in a very difficult period for pharma industry in Greece. The need we identified was to better organize and manage all data and information related to our Sales Force calls to Health Care Professionals. Since, up to that time, all relevant information was managed via paper work, department assistants, excel workbooks etc. Also our need for real time data and up-to-date reporting leaded us to the quest for an advanced CRM system.
Aqurance introduced us to the innovative cloud- based CRM system Veeva and iRep, as the tool that could cover our needs for data systemization and monitoring. In almost 2 weeks we managed to roll out the remote digital communication solution and start the first calls with HCPs.
