Aqurance have joined Veeva EU Commercial Summit 2017. We’ve gathered the best moments of the 3 days event, full of interesting sessions, exchange of valuable insights and networking.
The conference gathered more than 800 industry leaders from a wide range of disciplines including commercial operations, sales, marketing, and medical affairs. Every year we see this great success that is measured in terms of customers’ attendance growth and high quality of informative sessions. Also, worth mentioning the numerous networking opportunities and of course the overall positive experience that we’ve had after flying back from Madrid.
Veeva Systems have made some important announcements during the Summit. We’re looking forward to explore the new features and to develop further our digital capabilities within Veeva ecosystem. We had the chance to discuss with many customers about the need of data-driven digital innovations and new ways to optimize customer experience. It’s always great to have the opportunity to exchange so many valuable insights on just a few days.
The feedback we get from our customers network leads us to explore the most flexible and innovative ways to overcome the challenges that Pharma professionals are facing. This is the reason why we’ve run during Veeva Summit, a tailored to Life Sciences professionals workshop entitled: “Can collaboration between incentive management and CRM drive revenue growth?”
Along with participants we’ve discussed the challenges that Life Sciences are facing regarding incentive management and the essential need to improve sales performance. Among other issues of the current situation of performance management & CRM, there were also discussed problems such as the difficulty to historically track individual performance or the error prone, time consuming manual process. The session included a table discussion where participants from different business functions have identified current issues.
Aqurance team for the 1st time introduced AIMS, the incentive bonus scheme management in alignment with the CRM that empowers the salesforce to achieve better results, drive revenue and overall company performance. Before the workshop closing, Aqurance team shared a customer case study. Some of the benefits of AIMS that were examined were:
